Leadership

 

 

Whenever I have the oppurtunity, I will seek out a leadership position.  I am a firm believer that upwards mobility is always attainable, and I work hard to prove that it is true.  I served as president of the Epsilon Theta chapter of the Chi Phi fraternity my senior year.  The position has allowed me a chance to improve on my communication skills as well as prepared me for leadership roles in the future.   I have honed my planning and executing skills through this position and have taken on many projects successfully.  In addition to leading and managing a group of over 50 college age males, some of the more quantifiable things I did were:

 

 

• Coordinate and promote social, philanthropic and fundraising events for the Chi Phi fraternity ​

• Increase membership by over 30%

• Coordinate an alumni board with the help of the National Program
